The University of Olivet invites applications for a Graduate Assistantship for Residential Life in Olivet, MI. This live-in position supports residence hall operations, student development, community building, and administrative tasks while you pursue graduate studies.

Compensation includes a $500/month stipend, a campus apartment, meal plan during the academic year, and utilities and on-site laundry. Travel and campus safety duties may be required as part of the role.

Formación

• Enrollment in a graduate degree program is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening, weekday, and break-period responsibilities may be required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with operation of residence halls housing 100–300 students.
• Develop and deliver educational, social, wellness, diversity, and community-building programs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Resident Assistants.
• Support roommate mediation and conflict resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies and campus incidents.
• Maintain records, housing correspondence, and program evaluations.
