Qualifications

• A completed Master's Degree is required, preferably in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and program development experience.
• Commitment to social justice, inclusion, and Jesuit values.

Responsibilities

• Foster holistic student development through active engagement and mentoring within residential education.
• Supervise and develop Resident Assistant/Resident Fellow staff.
• Design cultural, educational, and social programming for student formation.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote leadership and emergency response.
• Manage occupancy, safety, and building operations with on-call duties year-round.
