Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required, preferably in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Understanding of Residential Living and student development in college settings.
• Awareness of Jesuit values and ability to apply them in the role.

Responsibilities

• Administers residential program for 225–600 students.
• Mentors staff (Resident Assistant/Fellow) and designs educational programming.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in on-call duty rotation 24/7.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff, and campus partners to support student formation.
