• Supervise and develop Resident Assistant/Resident Fellow staff.
• Design cultural, educational, and social programming supporting Jesuit values.
• Manage occupancy, safety, and security of the residential area.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duty rotations.
• Support summer programs and residential conference housing operations.
