Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; three years in higher education housing preferred.
• Master's degree in student development, higher education, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Valid CA Driver License required; LiveScan background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Residential Life staff, including RLCs, RAs, and SAs.
• Coordinate area administration, housing operations and on-call coverage.
• Develop and implement Residential Curriculum to support student success.
• Coordinate student behavior, crisis management, and community development.
