Overview
We are seeking a Residential Lending Specialist to manage the end-to-end process for residential mortgages and home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) within our boutique private banking environment. This is a hands‑on role that combines client interaction, application processing, pipeline management, and servicing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven setting.
Role Summary
The Private Bank UHNW Residential Mortgage Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end mortgage fulfillment of portfolio loans. This role owns the client experience and execution from application through funding, acting as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact.
The role partners closely with Private Banker, Credit, Legal, Compliance and third‑party vendors to deliver a private label, white‑glove, experience while ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.
