New Edge Associates seeks an experienced Residential Lending Operations Manager to lead lending operations and oversee the implementation of a new LOS/POS platform. The role requires coordinating the complete loan lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency.

Key responsibilities include vendor coordination, data migration, staff training, and go-live support, along with managing underwriting support and regulatory disclosures.

Formación

• Experience in residential lending or mortgage operations.
• Experience implementing or managing LOS/POS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending compliance, disclosures, and HMDA reporting.
• Experience with underwriting support, credit files, and loan coordination.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
