Responsibilities

• Own the performance of active rental listings from activation through tenant placement.
• Monitor showing activity, inquiries, and applications to ensure strong listing performance.
• Review listing accuracy across marketing platforms (MLS, RentFeeder, syndication sites).
• Coordinate lease term negotiations and finalize lease terms with owners.
• Provide weekly listing updates to owners with activity, feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure leasing information is accurately entered into company systems before lease execution.
