Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with property management software is a plus and willingness to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
• Uses resident, prospect and revenue management software for leasing activities (inquiries, appointments, renewals).
• Processes rental applications for final approval by Property Manager.
• Maintains move-in program and follows up on service requests.
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties and supports outreach marketing.
• Plans and participates in resident functions.
