You will work under the Property Manager, handling tours, applications, renewals, and move-in processes in a fast-paced, in-office environment. Ideal candidates prioritize organization, multitasking, and a passion for people, with familiarity in Office

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience.
• Must be well versed with Fair Housing laws.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales abilities.
• Experience with property management software preferred; willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property and amenities.
• Utilize leasing software for inquiries, appointments, quotes, and renewals.
• Maintain closing ratio to meet community needs.
• Process rental applications for review and approval.
• Assist move-in programs and service requests.
• Conduct market surveys and assist with outreach marketing.
• Plan and participate in resident functions.
