Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and show property to generate visits and close prospects.
• Follow up with prospective residents until lease is closed.
• Assist in creating and implementing advertising and marketing plans for the community.
• Process applications in accordance with rental criteria and fair housing laws; prepare lease documents.
• Manage social media campaigns, resident activities, and community events to support retention.
• Assist in rent collection and maintaining resident files.
• Input daily activity in Entrata and prepare reports.
