Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to lease apartments and maintain high customer service standards. The role involves working with the Residential Manager to handle daily property administration and related leasing tasks.

You will perform operational, administrative, and bookkeeping duties, keep accurate records, process lease documents, and assist residents and prospects with courteous, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Prior apartment leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and valid auto liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a phone where you can be reached.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and process applications.
• Assist Residential Manager with property administration.
• Perform leasing, operational, administrative, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and complete lease documents.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents and prospects.
