Qualifications

• Prior apartment leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and valid auto liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a phone where you can be reached.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and assist Residential Manager with property administration.
• Perform leasing, operational, administrative, and bookkeeping duties.
• Maintain courteous and helpful interaction with residents and prospects.
• Follow policies and procedures and handle routine site tasks.
