Job summary

Tlc-Management is seeking an energetic Residential Leasing Consultant to join our Deerfield, IL team. You will welcome prospective residents, lead property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering outstanding service.

From the day you start, you’ll maintain leasing records, assist with occupancy goals, and ensure fair housing compliance. The position includes a competitive hourly wage and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
