Positive Investments, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support our residential property management operations and act as a key contact for residents. You will process applications, manage renewals, and help drive occupancy while maintaining compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Process resident applications, manage lease renewals, and handle rent collection while maintaining budgeted occupancy.
• Address and document resident issues, disputes, and maintenance repairs to ensure timely resolutions.
• Conduct routine property inspections to address hazards and ensure clean, attractive common areas; assist in vendor pricing.
• Execute marketing plans involving advertisements, signage, and model units; conduct market surveys and retention programs.
• Ensure all leasing decisions comply with fair housing laws and anti-discrimination policies; accurately report claims.
