You will perform routine property inspections, coordinate vendor services, market the community, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws while maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year property management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of arithmetic, accounting, and financial statements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research.
