Opportunity

We are searching for a self‑driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson who thrives in a fast‑paced atmosphere.

As a comprehensive residential real estate and property management company with more than 3,000 properties, you will receive a regular flow of leads from landlords, tenants, and property owners. You will have opportunities to convert tenants/homebuyers and to secure lease listings.

Compensation

Commission‑based 1099. Uncapped earning potential. Average annual earning potential: $100,000 – $400,000+.

Commission structure includes:

• Investment property transactions
• Tenant/Homebuyer conversions
• Lease listings

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and maintain client relationships
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy
• Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
• Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
• Ensure current resident files are properly maintained
• Make 20+ phone calls per day
• Working weekends required
• Texas real estate license required
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client
• Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self‑motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a current Texas real estate license and possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS are required. A proactive, self‑driven attitude and willingness to work independently and on weekends are essential.
