AccuAir Heating & Cooling in Central Oregon is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Crew Leader to supervise residential and light commercial projects, mentor installers, and deliver high-quality work.

You will lead crews, ensure safe, accurate installations, and maintain clear communication with customers. The role includes a take-home vehicle, full benefits, ongoing training, and long-term career growth with a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2) required.
• Extensive hands-on experience installing and fabricating ductwork.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fittings and practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely at heights and with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects.
• Perform complete system installations to high quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and support junior installers to improve team performance.
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork.
• Braze and test line sets, install accessories, and complete low voltage connections.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members.
• Manage site documentation, change orders, and ensure on-time project completion.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime available as needed)

Pay: $40 - $50 per hour + Full Benefits Package

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects
• Perform complete system installations to the highest quality standards
• Train, mentor, and support junior installers to improve team performance
• Measure, fabricate, and install round and rectangular ductwork
• Braze and test line sets, install equipment accessories, and complete low voltage connections
• Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, and other trades
• Manage job site documentation, change orders, and ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements

• Valid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)
• Extensive hands-on experience installing and fabricating ductwork
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fittings and practices
