TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician to serve homeowners in the Traverse City area. You’ll manage your own route, apply treatments, and identify solutions while working outdoors and independently.

No lawn care experience? Paid training and company-certified state credentials are provided. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)

What To Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day


• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions


• Operating equipment safely


• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work


• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check


• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card


• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation


• High school diploma or GED


• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused mindset


• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
