Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Pompano Beach, FL. You will drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments to properties, and identify customer needs to recommend solutions while managing client data on a tablet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (speak/read/write).
• You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.

What to Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need
