TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in West Jordan, UT. The role involves driving a company vehicle, applying lawn care treatments, and assessing customer needs to recommend services.

You will manage routes on a tablet and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors in varying weather. Candidates should be at least 19, hold a valid license, and be prepared for background checks and DOT certification where applicable.

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job.

Residential Lawn Care Technician

Hourly pay starting at $19.00/hr (higher starting pay for licensed candidates)

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. What You’ll Do

What To Expect

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job.
