Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Maple Grove, MN (Northwest Metro Branch). You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and provide exceptional service to homeowners.

Paid training, weekly pay, and career growth opportunities are included. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card are required. This is a physically active, outdoor role with potential overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do

What To Expect

• This is a physically active role that includes:
• Walking an average of 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
