TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Minnetonka, MN. You will manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and interact with homeowners to identify needs and propose solutions.

The role is outdoors, requires a valid license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card, with paid training and growth opportunities. Starting pay is $21 per hour with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver00s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).

• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average of 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
