Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Grand Junction, CO. You’ll manage your own route, apply lawn care treatments, and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors. Paid training and company-paid certification are provided to help you succeed.

Expect to start with an hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses, overtime, and career growth. A valid driver’s license, English fluency, and a DOT-ready background are required to join our local team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to pass background check and DOT card requirements are listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
