Job summary

TruGreen is seeking Residential Lawn Care Technicians for the Denver South (Littleton Branch) area. Paid training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are provided. You will manage a route, apply lawn care treatments, and help customers achieve healthier lawns while representing TruGreen in the community.

No lawn care experience? Paid training, hands-on coaching, and company-paid certification are provided to build the needed skills for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and service residential properties.
• Apply lawn care treatments to properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
