Job summary

TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homes across the area. You’ll manage an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments, and build relationships with customers while working outdoors in a fast-paced, independent role.

The position offers paid training, state certification, and room for career growth, with benefits eligibility after 30 days. Candidates should be 21+, have a valid license, and speak English fluently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
