Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Lead Appliance Install Driver to actively deliver and install laundry and air equipment on a defined route using company trucks, guiding others through installations.

This role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, ability to pass pre-employment screening, and excellent customer communication to ensure safe operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and DOT requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Must be 21+ years old due to DOT state requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Physical stamina to handle and maneuver heavy appliances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install laundry or air equipment to customers' homes and client locations.
• Deliver and install ancillary technology such as card readers or digital enhancements.
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers, and air machines.
• Prepare equipment for delivery by assembling required parts.
• Instruct customers on safe and effective equipment operation.
• Stay physically active loading/unloading the company truck with a two-wheeled cart.
• Proactively manage inventory and perform regular parts replenishment per guidelines.
• Teach others to resolve delivery and installation issues.
• Audit warehouse preparation activities of other Installers.
