Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Delivery Install Tech to prepare, deliver, install and service residential laundry equipment in customer homes within the Charlotte area. You will use a company truck, test operations, and ensure safe, proper connections for water, gas, electrical and venting as applicable.

In this hybrid role, you’ll travel within the North Carolina market, may stay overnight for up to a week, and collaborate with dispatch to meet customer needs while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; knowledge of washers/dryers a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for delivery and load on trucks.
• Deliver, install and test residential laundry equipment in homes.
• Ensure proper connections for water, electrical, gas, and venting.
• Troubleshoot and perform in-unit repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and service records.
