We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Installation Crew Member for residential projects across the Tampa Bay Area. You will work on site, loading and installing trees, plants, mulch, and groundcovers while following crew and designer instructions under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of landscape installation experience.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with planting techniques, mulching, and landscaping tools.
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work.
Knowledge of safety compliance in landscaping.

Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Remove and prepare existing landscapes for new installations
Install trees, plants, flowers, mulch, rock, and other groundcovers
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Follow supervisor, crew leader, and designer instructions for site work and scheduling
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Collaborate with team members on landscape design input and problem-solving
Adhere to safety guidelines and sustainability practices
Perform physical labor outdoors in Florida weather conditions
