Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Full-Time Install Tech to help build outdoor spaces and support a growing landscape team.

You’ll install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials, assist with site prep, grading, digging, and cleanup tasks, and operate tools safely alongside your Crew Leader to complete residential and commercial jobs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in heat (lifting 50+ lbs).
• Reliable transportation to Gainesville shop for early morning rollout.
• Experience in landscape installation or related outdoor construction.

Responsibilities

• Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials.
• Assisting with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup tasks.
• Operating tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, hand tools).
• Working alongside your Crew Leader to complete residential and commercial jobs on schedule.
