Egan Landscape Group in Plymouth is seeking a Residential Account Manager to lead the design, pricing, and sales of residential planting projects. You will consult with clients to understand their vision and create tailored planting designs that fit site conditions.

This role blends horticultural expertise with strong client relationships, coordinating project lifecycles from proposal to handoff, staying current on trends, and guiding sustainable practices to ensure high-quality installations.

Formación

• Proven experience in landscape design and implementation.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and landscape construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with landscape design software or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for planting projects.
• Create innovative and tailored planting designs meeting client preferences and site conditions.
• Build strong client relationships with regular communication through project lifecycles.
• Develop accurate proposals and estimates to maintain profitability.
• Ensure seamless transitions of sold projects to the operations team with clear designs and specs.
