Qualifications

• Fine gardening experience or strong interest in plant care and garden design.
• Experience with perennial garden installation and seasonal rotations is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform fine gardening tasks to enhance landscape aesthetics.
• Prune, deadhead, weed, and mulch to maintain plant health and appearance.
• Install perennials and rotate seasonal flowers.
• Collaborate with foreman and crew to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety protocols.
