Job summary

Arbor Homes is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead residential land development projects from design through delivery. You will coordinate consulting engineers, utilities, municipalities, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering/Construction/Real Estate background with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from design through delivery with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review civil engineering plans and related documents to meet requirements and regulations.
• Assist in soliciting bids for all scopes of work and aid in contractor selections.
• Build relationships with utility providers and municipalities to complete work and inspections.
• Collaborate across engineering, accounting, and shared service teams.
