Qualifications

• Direct residential land development experience — essential for this role.
• Degree in business or construction management plus 5+ years in land development and construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work with agencies, engineers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all land development projects and field activities across both divisions, from feasibility through punch-out and bond release.
• Manage development timelines, schedules, and deadlines — plus timely release of bonds and letters of credit.
• Coordinate with engineers and county officials at every stage, including reviewing design drawings before submission.
• Estimate costs from engineering to completion, negotiate contracts and procure, and bid to secure best pricing.
• Collaborate with Production Manager on sales deliveries and review cut sheets for balanced, graded lots.
