Mungo Homes in Savannah, GA is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to source, assess, and negotiate land deals for residential development. The role includes due diligence, concept land planning, and coordinating environmental, utility, and title analyses through closing.

You will build relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers, prepare acquisition packages, and lead feasibility and market analyses. Local market knowledge and five years of related experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in land acquisitions or residential real estate.
• Strong negotiation and due diligence skills.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, brokers, and internal teams.
