Mungo Homes in Savannah, GA is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to source, assess, and negotiate land deals for residential development. You will perform due diligence, concept land planning, and environmental and title analysis, guiding the acquisition through to closing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum five years related experience and/or training in land acquisitions or residential real estate.
• Local experience is recommended and preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and cultivate relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and professional organizations to gain the best positioning for land deals.
• Source potential land acquisition opportunities through study of tax maps and networking with attorneys, engineers, brokers, and others involved in residential land development.
• Prepare land acquisition packages and participate in presentations for approval.
• Negotiate price and contracts with sellers; coordinate preparation of contracts and closing documents.
• Prepare Letters of Intent for land acquisition opportunities.
• Manage due diligence processes including master planning with internal design teams.
• Coordinate entitlements for land acquisitions and support feasibility studies.
