Mungo Homes seeks a Land Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing, assessment, and negotiation of land for residential development in the Savannah, GA market. You will drive due diligence, concept land planning, and coordination through closing with internal teams and external partners.

The position requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and relationship-building skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in land acquisitions. Local experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field required.
• Minimum five years related experience in land acquisitions.
• Local experience is recommended and preferred.

Mansioni

• Source, assess, and negotiate land acquisition deals for residential development.
• Perform due diligence including planning, environmental, utilities, and title analysis.
• Prepare LOIs and facilitate contracts through closing.
• Manage feasibility studies and market analysis for potential sites.
• Coordinate entitlement needs and rezoning support.
• Maintain inventory reports and monitor market activity.
