Qualifications

• Must attend 3 weeks of DYS basic training offsite in Grafton, MA.
• Training will occur during the day (8:30am - 5pm) on hire.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care & Security: maintain a safe, secure environment and supervise residents.
• Mentorship: provide counseling and lead daily group meetings to support rehabilitation.
• Crisis Management: apply program policies to manage behavior in changing environments.
