Job summary

Boulder Creek Custom Homes LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Interior Designer / Design Coordinator to translate client visions into 3D models, assist with finish selections, estimate materials, and ensure projects align with budgets and style preferences.

You will meet with clients, collaborate with our sales team and trade partners, and produce 3D renderings and CAD drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 20/20, SketchUp or SoftPlan, while coordinating with architects and suppliers

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years in residential interior design or high-end remodeling.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio of residential projects with 3D renderings required.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to determine aesthetic preferences and project goals.
• Coordinate finishes, fixtures, and materials within budget.
• Create 3D renderings and CAD drawings for client walkthroughs.
• Prepare estimates and coordinate with architects and trades.
