Qualifications

• 3+ years interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential remodeling.
• Strong eye for design, proportion, materials and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate ideas into executable drawings for construction.
• Confidently guide clients through design decisions and meetings.
• Experience with CAD/Revit and Buildertrend is a plus; Bachelor’s in design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process for high-end residential remodeling projects including kitchens, baths, basements and additions.
• Transform client ideas into thoughtful, buildable designs while balancing aesthetics, budget and constructability.
• Work closely with clients, project managers, estimators, trade partners and designers to ensure all details come together.
• Manage multiple projects from feasibility through construction with site visits and reviews.
• Produce technical drawings and coordinate material selections and vendor quotes.
