Job summary

Willard is seeking a dedicated Residential Insulation Helper to oversee insulation projects at residential sites. You will perform hands-on installation, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will work with a diverse team, communicate with homeowners and dispatchers, and document progress daily while maintaining tools and inventory. Knowledge of spray foam installation is a plus; bilingual in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential insulation experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to discuss repair vs replacement options with customers.
• Knowledge of safe tool use and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills; capable of documenting work on an iPad.
• Must be fluent in English; Spanish bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to complete residential insulation projects.
• Read blueprints, specifications and work orders.
• Install insulation types (e.g., spray foam) correctly.
• Inspect sites for material needs and readiness.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and protocols.
• Communicate with homeowners, customer service, and dispatchers.
• Track progress and report daily updates.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
