Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to provide repair vs replacement options to customers.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of required tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Spanish - bilingual (REQUIRED).

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to complete residential insulation jobs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure proper installation of various insulation types (e.g., spray foam).
• Conduct site inspections to assess material needs and job readiness.

Compensation & Hours

• $17.00 - $25.00 DOE

• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
