Willard Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a skilled Residential Insulation Lead to supervise insulation installers on residential sites. You will read blueprints, ensure proper installation (spray foam and other types), conduct site inspections, and maintain safety protocols.

This leadership role combines hands-on work with team management, training new staff, coordinating with homeowners, and tracking progress daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential insulation experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present repair vs. replacement options to customers.
• Knowledge of safe tool use and maintenance.

Responsabilités

Required Qualifications

• 2 + years of experience of residential insulation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• $17.00 - $25.00 DOE
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
• Days: Monday - Friday
