Job summary

TR Miller Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an Install Plumber to perform residential plumbing installations safely and to TR Miller standards. You will install fixtures, water heaters, and piping, following codes and company guidelines while delivering courteous, five-star service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience on an apprenticeship card or a valid plumbing license.
• Residential plumbing installation experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation practices, tools, materials, and codes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces per OSHA guidelines.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential plumbing installation projects as assigned.
• Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related plumbing systems.
• Complete installation work accurately and efficiently while following applicable plumbing codes and company standards.
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each installation.
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development.
• Other duties as assigned.
