Pay and Benefits

• Experienced Plumbers Pay: $80,000 - $120,000+ annually based on experience (uncapped commission + overtime eligible)
• Entry‑level/Apprentice Pay: $41,600 - $52,000 annually based on experience
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm OR Sunday - Wednesday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm OR Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• No on‑call – work‑life balance is a priority for us

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing equipment
• Present tailored solutions and sales options that align with each customer’s needs
• Deliver 5‑star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth, sales skills, and skill development
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Residential service plumbing experience preferred, but not required for motivated apprentice‑level candidates
• Comfort presenting options to homeowners; training provided for consultative sales
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending
• Everyone is required to submit a pre‑employment background check prior to start date
