Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and inventory.
• Must pass motor vehicle and background checks and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential plumbing systems.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures (toilet, faucet, water heater, soldering, etc.).
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolving problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.
