Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service skills, honesty, dependability and reliability.
• Physical dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems and guide customers to informed decisions.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues to customers.
• Educate customers on their plumbing systems, functions and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
• Document work performed according to company procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance on all jobs.
• Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed.
