John C. Flood is seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a long-established team in Northern Virginia. The role offers steady work, strong earning potential, and growth opportunities within a supportive culture.

You will troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance on furnaces and A/Cs, educate homeowners, and present financing options while maintaining exceptional customer service and a clean, organized work environment.

Qualificações

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying positions and environments.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments.
• Educate homeowners and provide detailed repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance plan options when appropriate.
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to provide seamless service.
• Complete invoices, documentation, and service records promptly.
