John C. Flood is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a team with 120+ years of local service. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ equipment while educating homeowners on options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience desirable.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environments.
• Clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and testing on furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ equipment.
• Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and residential areas.
• Educate homeowners and provide repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance plan options when appropriate.
• Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure seamless service.
