John C. Flood is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a long-standing home services leader serving Maryland and surrounding areas.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, while educating customers on options and keeping safety and quality at the forefront. Enjoy steady work, strong earning potential with bonuses, and career growth in a supportive, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying environments.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments when necessary.
• Educate homeowners and provide detailed repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance plan options when appropriate.
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to provide seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site.
• Complete invoices, documentation, and service records accurately and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and company meetings.
